Dubai, United Arab Emirates - May 1st, 2016 - Mindshare, which is part of WPP, is a global media agency network helping clients to make collaborative and adaptive decisions across their paid, owned, and earned marketing in real-time. The agency is pleased to announce a change to Mindshare's team in the United Arab Emirates: Jihad Hachem was recently promoted from Senior Finance Director to CFO of Mindshare MENA.

Hachem spent the last twelve years of his career at Mindshare, starting as a senior accountant at MediaINSIGHT's Beirut office, a Mindshare affiliate. In 2004, he started off with the WPP group in Media Insight Beirut, earning him a regional promotion overseeing the Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Beirut offices, with over 12 years of experience. Hachem moved to Mindshare UAE in 2008 and since then he has had a great impact across the agency, creating initiatives that have improved governance and enhanced value for shareholders. Hachem loves to look at multiple avenues to improve revenues by accelerating new offices and specialist functions, and also enjoys playing an active role on the board of Mindshare MENA.

"I always say, 'where there's a will, there's a way.'" Before his time at Mindshare, Hachem graduated in 1997 from Université Saint Joseph in Beirut, Lebanon with a Bachelor of Arts in finance. In his free time, Hachem enjoys co-driving in professional rallies, playing table tennis, and spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
