MANAMA - Diyar Al Muharraq has announced that infrastructure work within the Al Bareh residential project has begun.

A statement said the contractor is Cyprus Cybarco Tabet and infrastructure work, which started last month, is expected to be completed by November next year.

Situated on the west side of Diyar Al Muharraq, the freehold Al Bareh comprises residential plots for high-end villas overlooking the main canal, affordable villas and residential investment plots for multi-storey buildings along with parklands and community retail.

“What makes Al Bareh stand out amongst Diyar Al Muharraq’s most prominent real estate development projects is its inherent capacity to cater to both locals and expats in search of freehold plots,” said Diyar Al Muharraq chief executive Dr Maher Al Shaer.

“Therefore, we look forward to facilitating the completion of all the infrastructure work of Al Bareh, to speed up the distribution of plots of all its phases to its respective owners.”

“The Al Bareh mock-up villas are expected to be ready by March 2018. The company is targeting to finish all its projects ahead of schedule,” he added.
