DUBAI: In its twelfth year, and being the UAE’s largest and trusted real estate portal, the recently rebranded Property Finder holds the rights to honour those in the industry that outdid their competitors and contributed to the betterment of the industry for UAE residents throughout 2018.

Since its launch in 2007, Property Finder has sought to promote best practices in the real estate industry in order to help consumers find the right property, from the most relevant and leading real estate professionals. They were first to the market to introduce industry leading initiatives, such as Verified Listings, Agent specific searches, a Quality Control department that not only monitors, but penalises any agent breaking Property Finders stringent bar-setting rules, amongst other practices.

Last night, Property Finder honoured those real estate elite, gathering 400 peers at the Armani Hotel, Burj Khalifa at its fifth annual real estate awards ceremony and gala dinner.

‘’With real estate being one of, if not thee, leading industry in Dubai, we are very happy to hold the wealth of knowledge and experience, to be able to crown the winners in these key categories.’’ says Lukman Hajje, Property Finder CCO and Head Judge.

‘’The judging panel analysed data from the 1st of January this year, met countless times, attended site visits, reached out to consumers, and tooth combed every bit of data and evidence, to be able to award the winners their deserved titles.’’

‘’Our sought after Awards push the industry forward, in its pursuit of continued best practices and a transparent real estate industry.’’ Hajje concluded.
