Staff Report Stand-up comedian and Daily Show host Trevor Noah added a second Abu Dhabi date to his world tour this year.

Noah was slotted for a one-night-only show on December 15 in du Forum, Yas Island. He will now also perform on December 16.

The South African funnyman is no stranger to the UAE; he was in the back of a Dubai taxi when he received the call that he would be Jon Stewart’s successor on Comedy Central’s political satire series the Daily Show, beginning in 2014.

“It was one of those experiences that you can’t really explain. You find out something or hear something that changes your life forever,” he told Gulf News tabloid!. He performed a sold-out show in Dubai that year, and again in 2015.

All tickets to Noah’s December 15 show, except those in the Gold section (Dh395), have sold out.

Tickets to his December 16 show are available in every section at time of print, starting from Dh280 (Silver section) and going up to Dh650 (VVIP).
