MOSCOW- Oil prices of $60-70 per barrel are relatively high and fair allowing for investments, Vagit Alekperov, CEO of Russia's No. 2 oil producer Lukoil, said on Wednesday.

He also said he planned to take part in an energy ministry meeting to discuss the pact agreed between OPEC and non-OPEC to curb output.

The ministry plans to meet domestic oil companies on March 1, sources told Reuters on Wednesday.
