DUBAI, Feb 23 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's ministry of finance has hired Ayman Alsayari to head the kingdom's public debt management office, the ministry said on Thursday.

Ayman Alsayari has worked as deputy governor for investment at Saudi Arabia Monetary Authority since 2013.
