Great Place To Work (GPTW) Saudi Arabia is inviting nominations from public, private and nonprofit organizations to get recognized as Saudi Arabia’s employers of choice.

“This recognition aims to boost the productivity of employees, improve the workplace environment, and contribute in developing the next generation of leaders in the Kingdom. It comes in line with the Saudi Vision 2030, the National Transformation Program (NTP) 2020, and the country’s visionary aspirations of developing and empowering the human resources through the launch of King Salman Human Resource Program,” a press release said.

The Great Workplaces recognition program, organized by Great Place To Work Institute, aims at introducing the public to organizations that feature the best work environments, that can attract, develop and retain Saudi talents, and empower Saudi women, which is directly linked to the organization’s overall performance.

Mohammed Alshair, chairman of Great Place to Work, Middle East, said: “Great Place to Work KSA helps organizations enhance their workplaces through providing human capital consulting services, support and guidance for best practices implementation in the fields of human resources and workplace improvement. Our specialized team of professionals collects feedback from employees through conducting a survey, measure the Trust Index and subsequently conduct a Culture Audit assessment.”

He added: “Through providing benchmarking reports for best practices, and issuing accurate statistics and recommendations, Great Place To Work has become a trusted source of information for local organizations who are looking to follow the government’s vision and grow to international levels.”

Sulaiman Almuzaini, partner at GPTW KSA, said: “The list is open to all governmental, nonprofit and private (local and multinational) organizations operating in the Kingdom, that are looking to empower the next generation of national male and female talents within an enhanced professional work environment, and thus contribute in maintaining the Kingdom’s leading economic and social role regionally and globally.”

Almuzaini said the list is considered the world’s leading program in recognizing and assessing the best workplaces around the world.

GPTW entered the Middle East market in 2008, and debuted its operations in Saudi Arabia in 2013, and in 2014 they launched the first list of Great Workplaces in the Kingdom.
