UK-based Alliance WorldWide Consortium has appointed Sabbour Consulting for their 100 billion Egyptian pounds ($6.2 billion) Diamond City project in the New Administrative Capital.

Sabbour Consulting said in a press statememt that it would provide design and consultancy services for the project.

The mixed-use project is a joint venture between the Consortium and the Administrative Capital Urban Development (ACUD), the statement said.

Spread over an area of about 2.5 million square metres, the development includes residential, commercial, and entertainment portions, and would be completed over a eight-year period, according to the statement.

It said the project would also include towers in heights ranging between 60m to 180m.

Local company Al Ahly for Real Estate Development would participate in the project as a co-developer, the statement concluded.
