Manama, Bahrain – SINNAD S.P.C. announced recently that Mr. Mohamed Ebrahim AlBastaki, The Chairman of The BENEFIT Company, has been elected as a Chairman of SINNAD Company.

The new Board, constituted on 3rd February 2019, consists of Mr. Mohamed Ebrahim AlBastaki (Chairman), Mr. Abdulwahid AlJanahi (Vice Chairman), Mr. Abdulrazaq Abdul Khaleq, Mr. Nezar Maroof and Mr. Riyadh Al Maraj (Board of Directors).

Mr. Mohamed Ebrahim AlBastaki has been the Chairman of The BENEFIT Company since August 2018. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Glamorgan, United Kingdom. Mr. AlBastaki brings to SINNAD 36 years of banking and cards business experience, adding great value to the Company.

Besides his membership in The BENEFIT Company’s board, he is also a Board member of The Kingdom University (Vice Chairman, Board of Trustee), Social Insurance Organization (SIO) and Osool Company.
