Reportage Properties, a leading real estate developer in the UAE, is offering a special package to investors and prospective buyers for its projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai at a sales event to be held at the Habtoor Grand Resort in Dubai on January 30.

Under the special scheme, the Emirati developer is offering a 10 per cent discount on all these projects without a down payment. They only have to pay a 1% monthly installments during the construction period and the remaining amount upon handover.

The other key attraction for the buyer is the exemption from service fees for a period of 10 years, it stated.
