Kuwait's United Real Estate Company (URC) said on Monday that it's unit Mena Homes Real Estate Company has awarded the main contract for the construction of Byout Hessah residential project to Alghanim International General Trading and Contracting.
 
URC said in a bourse statement that the value of the contract is 16.7 million Kuwaiti dinars ($55 million).
 
The project is expected to be completed in 690 calendar days, the statement said.
 
Byout Hessah, located within the Hessah Al Mubarak District, comprises of two 12-storey residential buildings with 105 upscale apartments, and 40 four-bedroom townhouses, according to June 2020 press statement by URC.
