Dubai –  UAE-based New Dubai Properties is investing AED 1.5 billion to develop two hotels in Palm Jumeirah, grup chairman Ahmed Al-Abdullah Al Ansari said.

The top official further revealed that his company was developing a 5-star hotel named "Royal Beach Central" and a 4-star hotel, Al Bayan newspaper reported.

Royal Beach Central features 206 rooms and 196 suites, conference rooms that accommodate up to 65 people, in addition to three restaurants, a spa, swimming pool, sports halls and other entertainment and retail outlets, he said.

The new hotels are among New Dubai’s series of developments across the emirate.
