DUBAI - Saudi Arabia's stock index was down 1.6 percent in early trading on Tuesday, as investor concern about the global reaction to the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi persisted.

The Saudi index was down 124.9 points at 7,524 points in early trade. Other Gulf markets were mixed, with Dubai index up 0.2 percent.
