Muscat: As part of its concerted efforts to align with national directions and policies and add value to the national workforce in the power sector, Mazoon Electricity Company, the leading electricity provider in Oman, has embarked on an intensive Omanisation process.
The campaign is part of an initiative designed to recruit 800 Omanis in the emergency and maintenance contractors with electricity companies, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour, Authority for Public Services Regulation (APSR) and Nama Holding Company.
