Cairo – Mall of Arabia, MARAKEZ’s flagship shopping destination located at the heart of Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October, is the first mall to host key government service offices in the area: the Civil Registry Office and Notary Public Office at Mall of Arabia. The newly opened governmental offices are located inside the mall near Gate 5. The Civil Registry office, which operates since January 2021, receives visitors daily from 9 am to 9 pm, while the Notary Public Office operates every day from 9 am to 4:30 am except for Fridays. As the documents are being prepared, visitors can enjoy their time at any café or restaurant in Mall of Arabia until their documents are ready. In addition to Mall of Arabia governmental offices, a Civil Registry office also opened in the first internationally modeled mall outside Greater Cairo and Alexandria, Mall of Tanta and receives visitors daily from 9 am to 9 pm.

The Notary Public Office was inaugurated at Mall of Arabia on April 5 by H.E. Omar Marwan, Minister of Justice, H.E. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, as well as MARAKEZ management team.

The Civil Registry Office offers several services including the issuance of birth, death, marriage, divorce certificates as well as the national ID card and the Family Record, while the Notary Public Office provides a wide range of services including various powers of attorney.
