Abu Dhabi: Region’s leading retail organization Lulu Group, opened one of the most modern residential complexes to house approx. 10,000 of its employees in Abu Dhabi. The 1.31 million sq. ft. project is spread in 22 acres of land allotted by Abu Dhabi govt. in ICAD, Mussafah. In total there are 11 residential units and a separate building for convenience stores, saloon and restaurants.

Apart from facilities such as world-class kitchens & dining facilities, in-house laundry and gym, sport & recreation facilities like football grounds, Volleyball & Basketball courts, Indoor gaming areas, the complex also has a well-equipped medical center. Separate mosque is also built within the complex with a fulltime Imam.

Lulu group with 188 hypermarkets & shopping malls employing more than 55,000 staff comprising of 27 different nationalities, has always been a front runner in employee welfare and has one of the lowest staff turnover rates in the region.
