DUBAI: Kuwait's oil minister said on Tuesday there were still no specific scenarios for raising or lowering OPEC and non-OPEC's production ceiling, state news agency KUNA reported.

The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries will meet in Vienna on Friday to decide output policy.

OPEC and other producers will at Friday's meeting take an appropriate decision to maintain oil market stability, Bakhit al-Rashidi was quoted as saying from Vienna.

OPEC and non-OPEC producers are not discussing oil price levels, al-Rashidi said, but rather production levels to realise market stability and prevent price fluctuations.
