Abu Dhabi: With the Breast Cancer Awareness month right around the corner, Grand Millennium Al Wahda Hotel has partnered with Al Jalila Foundation to support the treatment of breast cancer patients.

Grand Millennium Al Wahda, the luxury five-star hotel located in the centre of Abu Dhabi, adjacent to Al Wahda Mall, will be hosting a Yoga class during the second week of October to raise funds for this noble cause.

Enad Tannous, General Manager at Grand Millennium Al Wahda Hotel, said, “While there is little to no awareness among women about this disease, it is predominantly the most commonly occurring cancer in women and the second most common cancer across the world. Grand Millennium Al Wahda is concerned about the 2018 world statistics which shows over 2 million new reported cases and the number is increasing year-on-year. We have contributed our share to the society through this charitable Yoga session.”

The Yoga class will be held on Saturday 12 October from 11 am to 12 pm at Al Wahda Health Club, Grand Millennium Al Wahda. Guests are advised to wear pink workout clothes if possible and the cost for the class is AED 50 net per person. Light refreshments will be served after the class.
