Dubai-based Emaar Properties PJSC will launch Creek Gate, a new residential project in Dubai Creek Harbour next week, registered brokers told Zawya Projects.
“The hi-rise tower will be located in the Island district and is expected to be completed in 2020,” a real estate agent aware of the project details said.
The unit sizes range from 645 square feet to 1,490 square feet. No details were shared on the number of units or construction tender timeline.
Emaar will bear half of the 4 per cent Dubai Land Department’s off plan (Oqood) preliminary registration cost, agents said.
Dubai Creek Harbour, a six million square metre mixed-use development, master planned by US-based architectural practice RTKL and co-developed by Emaar and investment company Dubai Holding will be almost three times larger than Downtown Dubai, according to the project's brochure. The development will feature the world’s next tallest structure ‘The Tower’.
Reuters reported in November that the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) listed Emaar recorded 36 per cent increase in 2016 third quarter net profit at 1.15 billion dirhams ($313.1 million) against 843 million dirhams ($229.5 million) profit for the corresponding period in 2015.
