DUBAI/CAIRO  - Egypt's state grain buyer GASC said on Friday it had purchased 360,000 tonnes of Romanian and Russian wheat in an international tender.

Of the total, GASC said it bought 240,000 tonnes of Russian wheat and 120,000 tonnes of Romanian wheat.

Traders gave the following breakdown of the purchase in dollars a tonne:

*60,000 tonnes of Russian wheat from AOS at $206.60 free-on-board (FOB) and $15 freight equating to $221.60 cost and freight (C&F)

*60,000 tonnes of Russian wheat from Daewoo at $207.95 FOB and $15 freight equating to $222.95 C&F

*60,000 tonnes of Russian wheat from GTCS at $207.95 FOB and $15 freight equating to $222.95 C&F

*60,000 tonnes of Romanian wheat from CHS at $208.43 FOB and $12.83 freight equating to $221.26 C&F

*60,000 tonnes of Russian wheat from Union at $208.43 FOB and $13.95 freight equating to $222.38 C&F

*60,000 tonnes of Romanian wheat from Cerealcom at $208.43 FOB and $12.88 freight equating to $221.31 C&F
