Egyptian developer Amer Group has started enabling works for its Capri hospitality project in Ain Sokhna on the Red Sea coast, a company source told Zawya Projects.

The 800 million Egyptian pound ($51 million) project, which forms part of Porto Sokhna Resort, would be completed in four years, the source said.

Spread over an area of 73,903 square metres, Capri includes 16 buildings housing 866 units, stores and leisure facilities, the developer had said in a related press statement.
