UAE - Mubasher: Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry has adopted 100% smart transformation of its basic services, which is in line with the Chamber's digital transformation strategy.

Around 99.26% of services and 659,000 transactions in the Dubai Chamber were digitally executed by the end of 2020 due to the rapid shift to digitalisation amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, according to a recent press release.

Through its website and mobile applications, the Chamber provides 50 smart services, including certificates of origin, ATA Carnets and credit reports, market intelligence, and economic research, to Dubai's business community.

The President and CEO of the Dubai Chamber, Hamad Buamim, commented that Dubai Chamber’s digital transformation mission aims to enhance ease of doing business, foster Dubai's position as a global smart city, and attains new goals over the next 50 years.
