Cairo – The shareholders of Credit Agricole Egypt have agreed on paying out cash dividends of EGP 3.42 per share for the fiscal year 2019.

During the ordinary general meeting (OGM), the shareholders have authorised the board to conclude agreements with Credit Agricole Group at a total amount of EGP 60.153 million and the loan to Egyptian Housing Finance Co of a maximum of EGP 250 million.

It is noteworthy to highlight that in 2019, the bank's net profits increased by 7.2% year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 2.36 billion from EGP 2.2 billion in 2018.
