AMSTERDAM, April 18 (Reuters) - The head of the Organizationfor the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons said on Wednesday it isnot clear when a fact-finding mission will be able to travelsafely to Douma, Syria, the British ambassador to theorganisation said.

Ambassador Peter Wilson told reporters that OPCWDirector-General Ahmet Uzmc said the departure of a team ofinspectors was delayed after an incident in which an advanceU.N. security detail performing reconnaissance in Douma wasforced to withdraw after being fired upon.
