Dubai, UAE: Cass Business School, part of City, University of London, welcomed its eleventh intake for its Executive MBA Programme (EMBA) based in DIFC Academy, reaffirming its commitment to higher education in the Middle East. The incoming students hail from 19 different countries. More than 20 per cent of the class are females, and the average professional experience in the cohort is 11 years.

Cass Business School’s EMBA attracts some of the finest talent in the region, with professionals from over 15 business sectors choosing the Dubai EMBA for their studies. Her Britannic Majesty’s Consul General, Paul Fox and DIFC’s Senior Vice President Operations, Alya Al Zarouni, welcomed the students to the two-year programme, which runs until the autumn of 2019. Several modules in the Cass Business School Executive MBA programme have been updated to better reflect the ever-changing world of business. These modules include: Digital Technology and Business Innovation; Financial Markets and Investments; and Analytics for Business. World-class professors travel from London to teach the modules and to share their knowledge and experience.

Professor Cliff Oswick, Dubai EMBA Course Director, also commented: “I would like to welcome the latest intake of the Cass Executive MBA in Dubai.  The cohort is of an extremely high standard, drawn from a wide variety of industrial sectors, which will add great value to the academic experience.”
