Bahrain invites developers for entertainment project at Seef

The project would be backed by a 25-year concession deal

Bahrain's Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning has invited bids for investing and developing an entertainment project at Seef district in Manama.

The winning bidder will invest, design and develop a 'pioneer' entertainment project on land provided by the ministry at Seef under a 25-year contract, a pubic notice posted on Bahrain Tender Board said.

The bid submission deadline is 20 March, the notice added.
