Muscat - Al Siraj Holdings, a well-diversified business group based in the Sultanate, has signed a joint venture agreement with Tata Projects Limited, one of India's most admired infrastructure companies, to offer Quality Inspection services in Oman.

The joint venture, TQ Services LLL with its registered office in Muscat, will provide quality inspection services and expediting services for the Oil & Gas, Power and Infrastructure sectors. Technical expertise, systems and processes for the joint venture shall be provided by Tata Projects, who have been in quality inspection for over two decades.

Tata Projects Limited -- Quality Services SBU (TPL-QS) has the experience of working in 40 countries. With a presence in the UAE, Germany, China, Korea, South Africa, Mauritius, the company is well positioned to service the global customers for second and third party Inspection, Expediting and Field Quality services, the new JV said in a press statement.

Al Siraj Holdings has interests in Investments, Building Management Systems, Information Technology Services, Construction & Related Services, Energy, Education, Travel and Tourism, Real Estate & Logistics and Manufacturing. It groups more than 15 companies and affiliated businesses in Oman and abroad.
