Muscat - A' Saffa Foods, S.A.O.G., held their annual general meeting on March 23, 2016, for the year 2015 and the results showcase the company's ability to maintain an impressive growth performance A' Saffa Foods, S.A.O.G., one of Oman's fastest growing and most successful home-based food producers, has announced a growth in sales for 2015. The results were announced by the A'Saffa Foods Chairman, Shaikh Rashid Saif Mohammed al Saadi, who dedicated the growth results towards the excellent team work from all the expanding business units, with staff working hard to achieve the goals they were set to maximise shareholder returns.

The results were focused at total net sales for 2015 reached RO 31.863 million. The net sales for 2014 were RO 30.453 million, showing an increase in company's sales revenue, hence registering a growth of 4.63 per cent. Speaking at the company's annual general meeting (AGM), CEO, Dr Nasser Zahir Nasser al Maawali said that, "The management continues to focus on the dynamic markets and is committed to improve over previous performance records. The focus on operational excellence is the key factor to future success of the company, creation of long term value to all the stakeholders while ensuring sustainability in its operations."

The Chairman emphasised that the year 2015 witnessed a considerable growth and was able to achieve very strong financial results. He added, "With the company's new range of processed food products that include poultry, red meat, and frozen vegetables / Fruits / Fruit pulp under A'Saffa, Khayrat and Taybat brands; the sustainable growth and brand variation in our products has helped us achieve maximum growth and look forward to spearhead our operation in the same manner for the coming months too."
