Mzuzu University Library & Auditorium Project

Mzuzu University planned to develop Mzuzu University Library & Auditorium Project, in Luwinga, Mzuzu, Northern Region, Malawi. China State Construction Group Co Ltd was the construction contractor of the project, the contract value was about USD$ 9.35 million and contract period was 24 months. The project covered the construction of 1 auditorium, 3 storey library with total of 14000 square meter area. The signing of this project further expanded China Construction Influence in Southern Africa.
