The project will include the construction of a 7 phase mixed use development spanning over a land area of 130,0642.56 sq.m which will spread across 3 districts - entertainment, residential and media. Phase 1 of the project is Yas Bay, it's also known as Integrated Destination Resort (IDR), and will include entertainment and waterfront district will feature 2 hotels - a Hilton family (650 rooms) resort and a lifestyle hotel (250) - totaling 900 rooms, and the 18,000-capacity Yas Arena venue. It will also include 50 restaurants, 20 retail outlets and a boutique cinema, a beach club and a family entertainment center which will welcome more than 14,000 guests daily. The Residences at Yas Bay would offer 35 plots to investors and developers and include 20 recreational parks with volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, cycling and jogging tracks, 3 mosques and 2 schools. The media district, spanning 297,289.728 sq.m, will serve as the headquarters of twofour54, Abu Dhabi's media zone.
