Metro Jeddah Company (MJC) plans to develop Jeddah Metro - Green Line part of Jeddah Public Transport Network on behalf of the Saudi Ministry of Transport in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The project aims at facilitating the movement of the passengers among the different levels of the public transport network in Jeddah. The project covers the construction of a 16.5 km metro line comprising 10 trains that will start from Murooj Jeddah - Wadi Asla and ends at Al Muntalaq Multi-Modal Station. This line will consist of 12 stations. CMD Smith is the master plan consultant, Egis Rail is the conceptual design consultant. AECOM Arabia Company Limited is the Pre-Project Management consultant, the JV of Fosters+Partners, Hyder Consulting Middle East Limited - Al Ain is the architect consultant and Systra is the Preliminary engineering consultant.Arab Center for Engineering Studies (ACES) is the geotechnical investigation consultant.
