Ithra Dubai - The Deira Enrichment Project - Phase 1

Ithra Dubai L.L.C plans to develop The Deira Enrichment Project, in Deira, Dubai, UAE. The project will include the construction of 2,200 residential units, 840 retail outlets, hotels with 1,400 rooms, 400 offices in its first phase and will be developed into phases over a land area of 235,600 sq.m. It involves 36 plots developed from the Hyatt Regency hotel to the Shindaga Tunnel. It will also cover the Deira Old Souq Extension which will comprise 176 retail units, 225 offices and 289 residences spread across a land area of 63,619 sq.m. Phase 1 will take up to 6 years for full development and will include up to 8 hotels.
