Czechoslovak Energy Rus planned to develop 168 MW Vsevolozhsk Gas Fired Combined Cycle Power Plant Project, in Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad Oblast, Russia. China Energy Engineering Group International Engineering Co Ltd was the EPC contractor of the project. The project covered the construction of 168 MW Power. The project will provide reliable power supply to St. Petersburg and promote the economic development of surrounding areas. The signing of EPC contract for China Energy Engineering Group International Engineering Co Ltd was a milestone and a manifestation of China Russia's implementation of the Belt & Road Initiative.
