Background

Jiashan Zhonghe Venture Capital Management Co Ltd planned to develop Zhejiang Sino-Dutch (Jiashan) Industrial Cooperation Park, in Jiashan, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China. The consultant of the project was KuiperCompagnons Co Ltd. The project was divided in 3 phases. The project had initially formed a “3+1” master plan, namely, the first phase of the comprehensive industry sector (phase 1 covered an area of 85ha, including functions such as manufacturing, R&D, trading, commercial and recreation), the second phase of the equipment manufacturing industry sector, the third phase of the modern science and technology agriculture sector, and the “Shanghai Window·Fengnan Small” adjacent to Shanghai. The town's supporting projects, the park has introduced 11 European and American projects, with a total investment of over 1.33 billion US dollars. The project aims to create an integrated high efficiency, high quality work-living environment.
