The project covers the construction of a 52-floor (3B+LG+G+3P+MECH+47+MECH+R) mixed use development spreading over a land area of 3,748 sq.m, with a built up area of 33,761 sq.m, including 432 luxury residences, studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, a 5-star hotel including 289 rooms with a viewing tower, conference rooms, business center, restaurants and outdoor swimming infinity pool. The hotel rooms will occupy the first 18 floors of the tower which rises 240 m and includes a direct access to The Palm Monorail, Nakheel Mall and Club Vista Mare.
