Background

Public Investment Fund (PIF) plans to develop a Base camp as part of Phase 1 of The Red Sea Project, consisting of 60 houses accomodating construction managers, health safety and environmental professionals, government affairs specialists and others located on the coastal area near the southern end of the 28,000 square kilometer destination between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh, on the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project covers the construction of a Base Camp with all related facilities. P&T Architects and Engineers Ltd. is the architectural consultant. Arcadis NV is the PMC consultant. Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo and Buro Happold Ltd are the design and master plan consultants.
