Also known as: Pearl Dubai
Completed

Background

The infrastructure package is part of the works required for the development of Pearl Dubai. This project is a residential, commercial, and entertainment project launched by the consortium led by Al Fahim Group. It will be located in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The enabling works comprise site grading, mobilization shoring, earthwork, excavation, dewatering, piling work and testing. The project was first launched by Omnix Group and construction works had already started. In 2007, the project was acquired by Dubai Pearl consortium and the master plan underwent changes. Once completed, Pearl Dubai will cover a 930,000 sq. m. area and will accomodate 20,000 residents. The USD 3 billion development will consist of 4 towers and 2 podiums comprising residential units, office space, hotels, a 2,000-seat theater, a cinema, restaurants, a shopping mall, and a 6-storeyed parking facility. Germany's Schweger Assoziierte Gesamtplanung GmbH is the main architect, Australia's CK Design Works is the design consultant, and PMDC is the project management consultant.
