Background

The Public Investment Fund PIF plans to develop The Red Sea Project, a mixed use development located between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh, on the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project covers the construction of resorts on more than 50 natural islands spread over a land area of 34,000,000,000 sq.m along a 200 km coastline. P&T Architects and Engineers is the architectural consultant. Arcadis NV is the PMC consultant. Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo and Buro Happold Consulting Engineers Limited are the design and master plan consultants.
