Background

Maad International Co. plans to develop Maad Towers, a mixed use development in Al Aziziah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The project will covers the construction of 21 towers, 42 storeys each, over a land area of 48,260 sq.m and a built-up area 956,762 sq.m , consisting of a 4-stars hotel, total 9,932 rooms, 11,283 hotel apartments, retail areas, restaurants and cafes, gym, 2,500 parking spaces over a land area of 73,000 sq.m, a mosque with a capacity of 3,500 people, and other related facilities. The project will covers 3 phases. Phase 1 will consist of 9 towers, phase 2 will consist of 6 towers, and phase 3 will consist of 6 towers. Zuhair Fayez Partnership is the PMC consultants.
