Zyfra, Finnish-Russian digital solutions provider for heavy industries, signed an agreement with Dubai-based software developer NNTC to jointly promote solutions to enhance efficiency and ensure safety of manufacturing, oil and gas and mining industries in the Gulf countries.

The main product of Zyfra is machine monitoring and manufacturing data collection system, which has already been installed at more than 300 facilities in 30 countries, including Finland, France, India, Malaysia, Russia and Singapore.

“NNTC provides its customers with the most convenient and proven products to improve safety at work and achieve the most ambitious business goals. Zyfra solutions will leverage our solution portfolio, which already includes products based on face recognition, augmented reality and artificial intelligence”, said Dmitry Doshaniy, NNTC General Manager.

“We expect that partnership with NNTC, which has the necessary expertise in working in the UAE, will allow Zyfra to demonstrate its best digital solutions that have already been proven in other countries. We also consider the possibility of opening an office in the UAE and creating centers of excellence in the UAE and Saudi Arabia,” said Igor Bogachev, CEO of Zyfra.

An industrial equipment monitoring system is an essential component of the digital transformation of enterprises. It has proved to be in-line with the up-to-date requirements to cost effective and environmentally friendly manufacturing. The system collects overall data from all types of machines and monitor energy consumption, which results in substantial increase in machine utilization and energy saving, as well an increase of production efficiency by 15-20% without significant capital investments.

“In Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and other Gulf countries, there are about 10 thousand industrial enterprises, which currently face the need for digitalization. At the same time, this year Saudi Arabia reported 428% surge in factory investment, which allows us to speak about the recovery of the industry after the pandemic,” Igor Bogachev added.

Zyfra and NNTC will also focus on providing digital solutions for integrated planning, operational accounting at refineries, monitoring and product quality control, which help cut production costs and reduce losses.
