Dubai - UAE: 22 April, 2015 - US Freedom Capital (USFC), a premier investment advisory firm with over $4 billion USD investment experience in commercial real estate, construction, and property management, today launched its second family of funds - the US Freedom Capital Fund, an investment fund for non-US investors seeking opportunities in US Commercial real estate exempt from US tax.

The US Freedom Capital Fund, structured by US and UAE tax and legal professionals, helps investors accomplish the goal of having the security of US real estate investments while maintaining the tax-free advantage of the UAE.

The fund - domiciled in the Cayman Islands and designed for compliance with US, Cayman Islands, and UAE laws - intends to deliver compelling returns by utilizing the Cayman Island Segregated Portfolio Company model - a proven, legal and stable investment structure. Under this fund, each investor can select the specific projects in which they would like to invest, without dilution across the entire fund. Also, the risk and the return of discrete real estate investments are isolated from other investments in the funds. Furthermore, the structure offers private portfolios overseen by executive management for its VIP investors.

According to global real estate adviser Cushman & Wakefield, the U.S. has overtaken China to become the world's largest real estate investment market. When compared to emerging markets, the US real estate market is advanced with more stable economic growth, quantitative easing, low inflation and interest rates, and less volatility, all continuing to encourage investors to spread their interest in property.

Speaking about the fund Mr. David Gunderson, co-Investment Manager of US Freedom Capital said: "US Real Estate presents a safe and secure investment option with over 300 years of individual property rights. No other economy has such a reliable and consistent long-term record of economic growth. With this fund, we aim to provide investors with the opportunity of investing in income producing commercial real estate development in the highest performing areas of the United States.

"Real Estate is always an income-producing hedge against inflation provided one invests in the right projects, and we aim to provide our investors with such guidance. The US economy is stable and growing, making USD-denominated investments in the US compelling compared to countries like Brazil, Russia, China, India, South Africa (BRICS)."

USFC believes that this fund will allow non-US investors to completely eliminate their US tax liability. Firstly, this is possible because the fund is structured to receive income that is exempt from US federal income tax. Secondly, because the Fund makes the investment in the US, the non-US investor has no exposure to the US Estate Tax.  In fact, the investor gets the benefit of the safety and security of US real estate investments with no personal exposure to US taxation.

The recent decline in crude oil prices have led to deceleration in growth of many oil economies, however the US economy has shown that it continues to stay strong‎ and dependable through this period. Lower nominal interest rates in conjunction with declining oil prices may result in an increase in housing demand thereby pushing prices higher. All things being equal, this would result in higher returns on investment.

Investors putting their funds in the US benefit not only from the highly developed, liquid, and efficient US financial markets, but also from the strong corporate governance and institutions in the United States.

With rising concerns in different parts of the world, American real estate offers more stability to foreign investors facing economic turbulence in their home countries. For example, the U.K. is contemplating introducing 'mansion tax', which would apply to those who own properties worth over $3 million, and China has placed restrictions on buying homes in large cities. Additionally, investing in the US helps foreign investors to be less concerned about issues such as devaluation of money they hold in their home countries due to currency fluctuations.

US Freedom Capital is located in Dallas, Texas - the strongest economy in the United States. From 2000 to 2010, Texas was the number one growth state in the US, creating more new jobs than the next five states combined.
