Cairo, Egypt: ACG-CBE, the organizer of The Real Gate Conference and Exhibition, held a press conference to announce the details of Egypt’s biggest real estate event held under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic. The press conference addressed all aspects of the exhibition taking place from March 25 to 27 at Egypt International Exhibition Center. ACG-CBE is a joint venture between ACG-ITF; the leading company specialized in organizing exhibitions and conferences, and Coldwell Banker Group; the leading real estate consultancy firm. 

The press conference highlighted all activities of The Real Gate that will provide exceptional investment opportunities as the Egyptian real estate industry continues to grow exponentially amid increasing demand for real estate. This growth aligns with Egypt Vision 2030 that considers urban development as a key pillar for growth and real estate developers as an integral part of it with mega projects being launched across Egypt especially in new areas and fourth-generation cities.  

It is worth noting that more than 38 exhibitors representing major real estate developers confirmed their participation at the Real Gate Exhibition. The confirmed list of exhibitors include SODIC, Emaar Misr, Palm Hills, Mountain View, Misr Italia Properties, Sorouh Developments, Landmark Real Estate Development, Akam Developments, Al Tameer Arabian, Al Ahly Sabbour for Real Estate Development, Inertia Real Estate, Ora Developers, Pre Developments, Tatweer Misr, Khuzam Real Estate Development, The Waterway Real Estate Developments, Founders, Al Burouj, Khozam Developments, Living Yards Development, Marakez for Real Estate Investment, New City Real Estate Development, and others. The developers will showcase their various projects in governorates and new cities which reflects the future of real estate in Egypt in the coming years.  The Real Gate Exhibition is expected to attract around 20,000 visitors both in person and virtually through the application.

More details of the Investment Club were announced during the press conference. The Investment Club will be launched as part of the Real Gate Exhibition in the presence of local developers and international investors bringing together more than 25 international consultants and foreign investors to discuss new local and foreign investment opportunities. 

Ahmed Ghozzi, President of ACG-ITF and co-organizer of the Real Gate Exhibition, stated that hosting the exhibition under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, confirms the attention the state is paying towards urban development as a part of the national growth strategy. He highlighted that real estate exhibitions play a significant role in the sales rates of real estate developers explaining that the Real Gate will provide offers and payment facilities catering to the demands of different segments of society who wish to own housing units. He also affirmed that strict precautionary measures will be implemented during the exhibition to ensure the safety of visitors as a top priority. Ghozzi concluded his speech by thanking all real estate developers for their belief in the importance of launching The Real Gate Conference and Exhibition and hailed their eagerness to participate and launch major projects for the first time during the exhibition.

Coping with the remarkable growth in digital transformation around the world, The Real Gate provides cutting-edge technologies that allow visitors interested in Egyptian projects from around the world to virtually visit the exhibition. This makes The Real Gate the first hybrid real estate exhibition in Egypt where visitors can use an application or physically visit the exhibition at the Egypt Center for International Exhibitions.
