• The 4th Stone & Surface Saudi will be co-located with HVAC R Expo Saudi and FM EXPO Saudi and Saudi Clean Expo

Riyadh: The Kingdom’s premier event dedicated to the natural stone and surface design industry will move to Riyadh for its 2020 edition, announce organisers dmg events. The move comes in response to the industry’s desire to have a dedicated event in the commercial capital of Saudi Arabia.

Now in its 4th edition, Stone & Surface Saudi will take place from 11-13 February 2020 at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Centre (RICEC). The event will connect suppliers of surface design materials and machinery with key buyers and decision-makers in Saudi Arabia’s multi-million mega-development projects.

Event Director – dmg events, Roni El Haddad, said: “After lengthy discussions with the industry regarding the need for a niche stone and surface design industry event in Riyadh, we are delighted to announce the move. The Kingdom’s capital is the perfect meeting place for finding new products, exchanging information, fostering business relationships and exploring new opportunities.”

Over 100 brands from 12 countries exhibiting at Stone & Surface Saudi will showcase products catering to the Kingdom’s construction industry’s diverse range of requirements for stone solutions including natural and artificial stone, marble and ceramics, wall covering and flooring, architectural interior and exterior surface materials, machinery and equipment, and much more.

This year, the event also introduces the Architecture & Design Theatre, presenting 15 free-to-attend and CPD-certified seminars. Curated by industry thought leaders, sessions will cover topics such as ‘Sustainable & Smart City Paradigm’, ‘Specifying Natural Stone’, ‘Impact of using stone in Mosque Architecture’, ‘Sustainable built environment designed to promote wellbeing’.

Stone & Surface Saudi is sponsored by; Gold Sponsor: Al Forsan Ceramics, Lanyard Sponsor: Tatweer Building Company, and Badge Sponsor: Future Ceramics, plus is proudly supported by Saudi Council of Engineers, and Riyadh Chamber. The event is co-located with HVAC R Expo Saudi and FM EXPO Saudi & Saudi Clean Expo.
