This monthly wellbeing program offers a series of revitalizing activities aimed to relax, invigorate and encourage a little self-care for the body and mind.

Say good words, think good thoughts, do-good deeds and keep the circle positive because ultimately, you reap what you sow. This September, practice soulfulness and pay attention to the little things with the luxurious products of The Ritual of Karma and an inspiring Tai Chi class, followed by a restorative meditation session.

Helping to improve muscle strength, balance and flexibility along with promoting serenity and inner peace, the morning begins with a 60-minute wellness session, followed by mini massages, treats in the Experience Zone and light refreshments and bites.
