• SHARE will also donate a meal on behalf of every member who dines for over AED 50 within the Majid Al Futtaim ecosystem

Dubai, United Arab Emirates: SHARE, the lifestyle rewards programme by Majid Al Futtaim, has launched a new initiative this month encouraging customers to ‘share’ by giving back.

Members can help by donating their SHARE points to support non-profit organisations like Al Jalila Foundation. To donate points, customers simply have to log into the SHARE app and click on ‘Share your Points’ on the homepage.

Giving back will also happen with every meal purchased using SHARE.  When a customer spends more than AED 50 dining in Majid Al Futtaim malls or hotel restaurants or orders a ‘SHARE this Ramadan’ VOX Cinemas Combo, SHARE will donate on their behalf. Donated meals will be done via Carrefour and in partnership with the Emirates Red Crescent.

Kashmira Motiwalla, Head of Loyalty at Majid Al Futtaim - Holding said: "Across our business, we have enormous potential to create an incredible impact in communities in which we operate. There is no better time to give back to our communities than Ramadan, as charitable giving is an important tradition during this holy month. This year SHARE is proud to be supporting our loyal members in giving back with a few simple clicks on the SHARE app. We are rallying customers across the UAE to join SHARE and help us give back in the form of points or care packages to those in need.”

Outside of SHARE, Majid Al Futtaim is proud to be supporting non-profit organisations through key initiatives at Crate & Barrel, LEGO and Ski Dubai. More details on each initiative can be found at www.sharerewards.com/giveback

Al Jalila Foundation is dedicated to transforming lives through medical research, education and treatment in the UAE.
