Kuwait: Hyatt Regency Al Kout Mall, located in Kuwait’s prime Fahaheel area, has just inaugurated the new Conference & Event Center at the multi-experiential Al Kout Project, the largest waterfront retail and leisure destination in Kuwait.
Created to meet booming event space demand from both local and international convex organizers, the new Conference & Event Center is set to become one of the leading business and event destinations, with the venue featuring seven halls that span more than 3700 sqms.
Contemporary design, seamless functionality and luxury surroundings are at the forefront of the space design. The new venue pays special attention to the entire user experience, with the incorporation of aid acoustics, design elements which allow natural light to flood into the reception hall space, and high ceilings to create an airy environment that offers flexibility to accommodate a range of event setups. Among the venue’s seven halls is the all-new, multi-purpose Regency Hall, one of the largest in the south of Kuwait. The new Hall, combined with the several other meeting and workshop rooms at the Centre creates a large integrated conference facility, all on one single level, which is equipped with the latest audio-visual technology for a fully integrated and seamless event.
The Conference & Event Center also boasts a special bridal party suite for weddings and special occasions which has easy access to the hotel’s main ballroom.
As part of the venue’s design and for convenience assurance, visitors are guaranteed easy access through a dedicated pathway which leads guests directly to the center from the hotel’s main gate, while another dedicated entrance leads in from the underground parking. A large service entrance ensures smooth access for event suppliers while guests can benefit from dedicated parking spaces and a valet parking service. The center links directly with Al Kout Mall, one of Al Kout Project’s six bespoke experiences, through the hotel to provide a fully integrated experience.
Commenting on the new addition, Mr. Mohammed Abdul Hameed Al Marzouq, CEO- Retail & Hospitality at Tamdeen Group said:" Our vision at Tamdeen Group is to develop the Al Kout Project to be the ultimate destination in the south of the state for entertainment and business, and this new expansion perfectly reflects this goal.”
He added: “With its thoughtful design, technology-enabled facilities and flexibility of space, the new Center presents a compelling proposition for Kuwait’s business and social sectors. It will not only enable the expansion of the state’s conference and events industry, it also gives individuals a superb venue choice for celebratory or business events which can now be delivered in style and complete luxury.”
