ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION
Arnold Schwarzenegger says it doesn't matter how you get in shape - whether its bodybuilding… pole-dancing… or pulling trucks… just as long as you do.
The movie star, former California governor and seven-time Mr. Olympia brought his health and fitness crusade to Sao Paulo on Friday (April 12), launching the Brazilian edition of his Arnold Sports Festival.
The event had its origins in the Arnold Classic that was launched in 1989 as a bodybuilding competition. It now showcases dozens of sports and the latest health and fitness trends.
According to organisers, the festival is expected to host thousands of athletes. It includes an expo and sports presentations in addition to a long list of competitions including power lifting, cycling, jump robe and martial arts.
The Arnold Sports Festival runs from April 12 to 14.
