Riyadh – Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company said its partners have decided to liquidate the International Advertising Services Company (Intermarkets), which has not been operating since 18 January 2012.

Tihama owns 51% stake in Intermarkets, according to a bourse disclosure on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

The listed company did not disclose the size of the transaction, yet it has appointed a liquidator for Intermarkets.

Tihama noted that major developments regarding the liquidation process will be announced in due course.
