Riyadh –  The board of National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) has accepted the resignation of CEO Abdulaziz Albabtain.

The resignation is effective on 31 March 2020, and it comes as requested by the CEO for personal reasons, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.

Moreover, the board has approved the appointment of Steen Hadsbjerg as the new CEO.

Hadsbjerg will join NADEC by the beginning on 1 March and assume his new post by the end of the month. Until then, Albabtain will remain in his position to ensure a smooth transition process, the statement indicated.
