Kuwait - The Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) has issued bonds and related tawarruq valued at KWD 290 million ($957.10 million).

The issue has a three-month maturity period with a 3% yield, the CBK said in a statement on Monday.

The CBK’s latest bond issue was on 6 August at a total value of KWD 240 million.

It is worth to mention that bonds and related tawarruq are offered by the CBK to regulate liquidity in the market.
